Your firm is invited to submit an offer to upgrade lighting located at 309 N John St, Farmer City IL before 2:00 pm local standard time on the 28th day of June, 2012, in the office of the Superintendent of Schools, Blue Ridge Community Unit School District 18, 411 N John Street, Farmer City IL 61842, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud for the following project: 1. Demolition and replacement of lighting fixtures and related electrical items. B. Bid Documents for a Stipulated Sum contract may be obtained from Gorski Reifsteck Architects, 909 Arrow Road, Champaign IL 61821, upon receipt of a refundable deposit, by cash, check, or CIB bidders card in the amount of $25 for one set. Bid Documents will be available beginning Thursday, June 14, 2012. C. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid. D. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders. E. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. F. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. G. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. H.
