The Wyoming Department of Administration and Information, Procurement Section, will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. on June 28, 2012, at the Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, for the Unicover Building Site Lighting Upgrades, in Cheyenne, Laramie County, Wyoming. Project Description: This project will include the removal of existing parking lot lighting and installation of new light poles, concrete bases and fixtures. Scope of work to include: the removal of existing light poles, bases and fixtures. Installation of a new lighting contactor, new wall mounted exterior lighting, new concrete pole bases, light poles, fixtures and associated circuiting. Estimated Project Completion date is: September 2012. A MANDATORY Pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. at the Wyott Drive entrance to the site on Tuesday, June 19, 2012. The location is: 1934 Wyott Drive, Cheyenne, WY. 82007. Bidders must sign the attendance sheet prior to the commencement of the pre-bid meeting.
