The scope of work for this project includes but not limited to design-build services necessary for the removal of existing 450 HP steam water tube boiler (boiler #3) and the complete design and installation of a new 175 HP, 90 lb steam fire tube boiler to include but not limited to trim (accessories), dual fuel low NOx (natural gas and No. 2 oil) burner, fuel valve, fuel and piping trains, breeching, flue gas economizer, heat recovery, SCADA and controls (control package shall match existing manufacture and be U-Pack or equal), draft control (for existing boilers #1 and 2), and other accessories as required complete and ready to use.
