A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at
the Steuben County Corning Court House, 10 W. First Street, Corning, N.Y. No other pre-bid
conference or site visit is scheduled.
Bids to be considered must be submitted on Steuben County bid forms and delivered in a
sealed opaque envelope to the Purchasing Department until 1:30 P.M. local time on Thursday,
July 5, 2012, at which time bids will be opened and read publicly. Late proposals shall not be
