Sealed bids in the Superintendent’s office until 2:00 p.m. C.S.T. Wednesday, July 11, 2012 for the purchase and replacement of fourteen split system Heat Pump HVAC units in the South Addition of High School including the materials, labor, equipment, tools, accessories, and supervision necessary for the project. One HVAC closet will be required for a new system in Computer Lab. All bids are required to be lump sum. Drawings, specifications and contract documents may be examined by contacting HDMS. Inc., Architect, Tim Dowty, 501-374-5500, 409 Main Street, North Little Rock, AR. Or Dodge Reports, 1701 Center View Dr. Suite 110, Little Rock, AR., 72211. Bidders may obtain three complete sets of contract documents from HDMS. Inc with a $50.00 dollar deposit per set that will be refunded upon the return of the bidding documents in good condition within 10 days after bid opening. All contractors must be licensed by the State of Arkansas, and conform to the requirements of Arkansas Code Annotated 17-25-101, Arkansas Contractors Licensing Law for Contractors. Woodlawn School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, based of availability of funding, to wavier any formalities and irregularities in bids received, to evaluate bids, and to accept any bid or bids which, in his opinion, may be in the best interest of the owner. No bid may be withdrawn for period of 30 days after the opening of the bids. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the lump sum shall accompany each bid over $50,000, made payable to the Woodlawn School District.
