Energy Project RFP Alert - Canada - Regional Municipality Of Waterloo Bid - Boiler Replacement

Sealed tenders clearly marked as to contents shall be received by the undersigned until 2:00:59 p.m., local time, Thursday, July 12, 2012 for:

Boiler Replacement at 99 Regina Street South, Waterloo, Ontario

Tenders may be obtained between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. from Procurement & Supply Services, 4th Floor, 150 Frederick Street, Kitchener, Ontario, N2G 4J3. Payment in the form of cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard or Debit in the amount of Thirty Dollars, ($30.00 H.S.T. included) is required for each set of documents. Payments are non-refundable.

A certified cheque or bid bond not less than the amount specified in the tender and bonding requirements must accompany each tender. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 50% performance and labour and materials bond upon execution of the contract agreement.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Inspection will be held on Thursday, June 28, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at Public Health & Social Services Building, 99 Regina Street South, Waterloo, Ontario in front of the building. This meeting is not mandatory, however it is strongly suggested that all prequalified general, mechanical and electrical contractors attend.

Tenders will be opened publicly at 2:30 p.m., local time on Thursday, July 12, 2012, in the Procurement Meeting Room, 4th Floor, 150 Frederick Street, Kitchener. Results of the tender may be obtained after 3:30 p.m. on the Region of Waterloo website www.regionofwaterloo.ca/en/.

Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
