(NSHE), Business Center North (BCN) Purchasing Department, on behalf of the University of Nevada, Reno,
Facilities Services Department (hereinafter referred to as NSHE), until 2:00 PM, 19 July 2012, local time, for
furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to:
Lombardi Recreation Center (LRC) Hot Water, Pumping, Piping, and Boiler Control Upgrades
according to NSHE plans, specifications and contract documents.
An original copy of your response to the bids shall be packaged and sealed, and addressed to NSHE, BCN
Purchasing, Mail Stop 242, Reno, NV 89557, or delivered to NSHE, BCN Purchasing, Building #137, 17
th Street and West Stadium Way, University of Nevada, Reno Campus, Reno, NV 89557, and shall be labeled with the bid title and bid number shown above. Any bidder who wishes its bid to be considered is responsible for making certain that its bid is received in the BCN Purchasing Office by the proper time. No oral, telegraphic, electronic, facsimile or telephonic bids or modifications will be considered. Bids received after the scheduled bid opening time will be returned unopened.
