Wexford-Missaukee Intermediate School District will receive proposals from qualified mechanical & electrical contractors for a boiler replacement project at the Career Technical Center, located at 9901 East 13th Street, Cadillac, Michigan 49601. Proposals must be mailed or delivered in person to Mr. Tom Armstrong, Wexford-Missaukee ISD, 9907 East 13th Street, Cadillac, Michigan 49601. All proposals must be sealed in envelopes, plainly labeled “CTC Boiler Replacement Project” and must be received prior to 2:00pm on Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Contractors will be notified within the allocated period of time as to their position in the bid process. Evaluation of proposals and award will be at a later date; the successful contractor will receive a letter of intent prior to receipt of contract. A pre-bid walkthrough will be held at the Career Technical Center on Tuesday, June 12 at 9:30am. Bidding documents will be available at the walkthrough and by request thereafter. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, is not bound to accept the low bid, and may waive all irregularities in proposals. Proposals shall remain firm for sixty (60) days from date of Bid Opening.
