The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Logistics Service Area-ASO, College Park, GA, is issuing a Request for Offer (RFO) to "Replace Boilers, Heaters and Piping at the Jacksonville- Hilliard ARTCC, Florida.
Projected Period of Performance for this project is 60 calendar days.
This is a full and open competition. Any interested firms that would like to be considered for Contract Award are required to submit a completed RFO package, as detailed in Section L of the attached Solicitation package. Additionally, when responding to this Request for Offer (RFO), each Offeror is required to submit a cost breakdown proposal in addition to all the required documents outlined in the RFO. Please note that, this RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind and the FAA will not pay for or be responsible for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this RFO.
Proposals can be submitted using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or any commercial mail carrier to the following address:
