The project funding has been secured by the Cook County Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program (EECBG), funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The EECBG program is subject to the rules and regulations of the Energy Independence and Security Act and ARRA. Proposals will be acted upon by the Condo Association at the next regular meeting. The Proposal and Contract Documents may be picked up at the Park of River Oaks Condo Association 1A Administrative Offices located at 200 Park Ave. Suite 724 Calumet City, IL, 60409, Monday - Thursday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, the office is closed on Fridays after noon.
