Sealed proposals endorsed “Little Creek HVAC IF1189” will be received
by the City/County Purchasing Department in Room 16, City Hall, 101 N. Main Street, Winston-Salem,
NC until 12:00 noon, Thursday, July 12, 2012, when all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
For bidding documents and/or instructions, contact Darren Redfield at darrenmr@cityofws.org or 336-
747-6936. Contractors must be properly licensed per Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes.
The City reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all proposals.
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at Little Creek
Recreation Center, 610 Foxcroft Drive, Winston-Salem, NC 27103. Bids will not be considered from
firms not attending this meeting.
Contractor must conform to American Reinvestment Recovery Act of 2009 provisions and reporting
requirements that apply to this project. Buy American and Davis-Bacon Act (minimum wages paid)
