Mansfield Township Board of Education 50 Port Murray Road Port Murray, New Jersey 07865 Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Mansfield Township Board of Education ("Board"), Warren County, New Jersey for HVAC Renovations at the Mansfield Township Elementary School project ("Project"). Commencing on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 bid documents for the Project will be available between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, at the offices of Gianforcaro Architects, Engineers and Planners, 555 East Main Street, Suite 1, Chester, New Jersey 07930. These documents will be available for a fee of $75.00 per set. The fee is non-refundable. Checks made payable to "Gianforcaro Architects, Engineers and Planners" or cash are the acceptable forms of payment. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Mansfield Township Elementary School, 50 Port Murray Road, Mansfield, New Jersey 07865 at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, June 21, 2012. It is strongly recommended that all bidders attend. Bids will be received by the Board's Business Administrator/Board Secretary, Mary Roszkowski, at the Board's Offices, 50 Port Murray Road, Mansfield, New Jersey 07865, up to 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, July 10, 2012, and will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-26, in order to be eligible to submit a Bid for the Project, the Bidder or its subcontractor shall be classified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction in the following discipline: C039 - HVAC Bids must be submitted on the provided proposal forms and be accompanied by certified check, cashier's check or bid bond drawn to the order of the "Mansfield Township Board of Education" for not less than Ten Percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, but in no case in excess of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00). Bids shall also include a Certificate of Consent of Surety obligating the issuing surety company to provide the bidder and its subcontractors, if successful, with a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the full amount of the contract.
