The Town of Guilford is seeking competitive bids for a contractor for Boilers, Burner
Conversion, Solar Thermal Hotwater Improvements and related work for Adams Middle School
located at 233 Church Street. Sealed Bids will be due on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 11:00 a.m.
in the Office of the First Selectman at which time they will be opened publicly. Bids received
after this date and time will be rejected. Sealed Bid proposals should be labeled with bid number
and bid title. Bid specifications will be available at the Office of the First Selectman, 31 Park
Street, Second Floor, Guilford CT 06437 for a non- refundable fee of One Hundred Dollars
($100.00), payable by check made out to the “Town of Guilford”.
A mandatory walk-through will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at the site.
