A pre-bid conference will be held in the Provost Conference Room at the George Pass Building at 10:00 AM,1428 Cedar Road, Chesapeake, VA 23322, on January 16, 2013.. Attendance shall be optional for those submitting a bid. A Bid Bond is required for bids of $100,000 or more.
