This project consists of the following renovations: Existing Kitchen hood replacements, addition of Kitchen HVAC, Kitchen ceiling replacements, addition of Gymnasium and Locker Room HVAC, and electrical system upgrades, all located within or adjacent to the referenced elementary schools and middle school buildings. Included are demolition, new ceilings, painting, mechanical, electrical, and other scope of work as indicated in the Contract Documents.Bids will be received by Gwinnett County Public Schools, Facilities and Operations Division, at 53 Gwinnett Drive, Building “C” Conference Room, Lawrenceville, GA 30046.A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will begin at Pinckneyville Middle School, 5440 W. Jones Bridge Road, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092 on Friday, January 4, 2013 at 1:00 PM; Mandatory site visits to the other schools will immediately follow at: 3:00PM @ Berkeley Lake ES; 4:00PM @ Harris ES. All attendees shall meet at the front entrances to the schools. Attendance at the Prebid Conference at all three schools is mandatory in order to submit a bid. All bids accepted must be in sealed envelopes marked with your company name and “Berkeley Lake ES, Harris ES, & Pinckneyville MS HVAC Renovations.
