Sealed Bids for Adamstown Elementary Roof and HVAC Replacement will be received by the Cocalico School District at the District Administration Offices, 800 South Fourth Street, Denver, PA 17517-1199 until 1:00 p.m. on January 15, 2013. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 1:30 p.m. on January 9, 2013 in the cafeteria at Adamstown Elementary School. Bids will be received for the following construction contract(s) at the scheduled time: Contract No. 1: Roofing Construction Contract No. 2: HVAC Construction Drawings, Specifications and other documents constituting the Bidding Documents may be examined without charge at AEM Architects, Inc., 3700 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, PA, 19606. Each Bidder may obtain from AEM Architects, Inc. one (1) set of Bidding Documents upon refundable deposit of one hundred fifty dollars ($150) per set, payable to AEM Architects, Inc.
