The Hocking Metropolitan Housing Authority (HMHA), located in Logan, OH, invites responses from qualified banks, lenders or other financial institutions (“Lender”) interested in and capable of successfully financing an Energy Performance Contract (“EPC”) that will provide significant water and energy savings to HMHA. HMHA has entered into a $1,100,000 EPC with Pepco Energy Services (“PES”) for 12 years plus a 7 month construction period. HMHA seeks to finance the above project plus construction period interest costs through a tax-exempt municipal lease. The amount will cover all project costs, including acquisition and installation of equipment under the EPC.
