Sealed Bids are being accepted for the replacement of a heating system located at a 115 multi family unit building complex located at Willie T Wright Plaza in Newark, NJ under the Weatherization HIP Program. Bid Documents will be made available for pick up only at: La Casa de Don Pedro 317 Roselle Avenue Newark, NJ 07107 beginning Monday December 17, 2012 during business hours. All interested contractors who wish to submit a bid are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference meeting held on Friday December 21, 2012 at 10:30 am sharp at 111 Prince Street Boiler Room Newark, NJ Contractors must also meet La Casa's insurance requirements, which will be outlined in the bid package. All bids are due no later than 11:00 am eastern time on Thursday, January 3, 2013. Bids must be submitted on the bid forms furnished by La Casa and submitted in a sealed envelope and properly endorsed with Company Name and Project. No bid(s) will be accepted by mail and must be hand delivered. No bid(s) will be accepted after 11:01 am on Thursday January 3, 2013. La Casa de Don Pedro reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bid(s) for the whole or any part of the work or materials and can waive any terms or conditions that are not deemed relevant or critical as they may deem necessary for the interest of La Casa de Don Pedro and program requirements.
