Ingham County (County) solicits proposals from qualified and experienced engineering firms for
the purpose of entering into a contract to provide professional engineering services for the
replacement of a 30-year old cooling tower at the Ingham County Jail. The successful firm (Contractor) will be responsible for working directly with the Facilities
Department to evaluate the current conditions of and make recommendations for the cooling
tower. Work will meet all state, local and federal guidelines and standards. The Contractor will
