Those wishing to tender MUST meet City and Consulting Company representatives in the lobby of the Fernwood Community Centre, 1240 Gladstone Avenue, at 10:00 A.M. VICTORIA TIME, TUESDAY, JANUARY 15, 2013, for the MANDATORY site viewing. All tenderers will be responsible for recording their presence at the site viewing by signing an attendance sheet provided by the City’s representative. Tenders will only be accepted from those that have inspected the site at that time.
