Contractor shall provide all material labor, tools, and equipment necessary to: 1) remove old high density lighting in the Ice Engineering Facility (IEF) test basin; 2) purchase and install and startup 18 new LED lights in the same area at the U.S. Army Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (USACRREL), 72 Lyme Rd, Hanover, NH.; (a) Summary of Contractor Tasks: i. Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of old high density 277V lighting in the IEF Test Basin; ii. Contractor shall purchase for instillation 18 Hubble Industry KoolBay Freeze LED light (part # FB150LU5KFL23WH); iii. Contractor shall install above LED lights in the IEF test basin according to NFPA70 -2011 requirements; iv. Contractor shall start this work after current testing ends in the test basin approximately late March 2013 and shall be complete within three weeks (21 calendar days) of start date.
