The City of Ashland is seeking proposals from qualified firms to contract with the City to perform energy auditing services for the City’s municipal facilities. The objective is to provide a comprehensive, uniform analysis of existing energy efficiency coupled with a prioritized operations management and capital improvement plan to meet desired efficiency targets of the City. Scope of Services: The project scope will include an onsite review, assessment and analysis of the components listed below, as well as an optional component detailed in the Auxiliary Solar Assessment section relating to renewable energy potential at each facility.
