This project will be installation of new rooftop air handlers to replace aging indoor air handlers that are beyond their useful service life. In addition, original 1982 boilers and water heaters will be replaced with new boilers to supplemental the heating plant installed in 2004. Estimated Project Completion date is: August 31, 2013. A MANDATORY Pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. followed by a site tour on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 starting at the Wyoming Womens Center at 1000 West Griffith, Lusk, WY 82225. Bid documents available by emailing brenda.crozier@wyo.gov please note Bid 0218-W in your email request. Project Manager: David Bryan 307-334-3693 ext. 233. A bid security of 10% of the total Bid Price will be required of all Bidders. A 100% Performance and Payment Bond of the accepted bid will also be required.
