Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Tidewater Community College Replace Chiller and Boiler located in the Martin Building at the Norfolk Campus. SEALED BIDS are due @ 1:00 P.M. sharp, February 7, 2013 in the TCC Purchasing Office, 121 College Place, Suite 513, Norfolk, VA 23510. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held in Suite 601 at the Norfolk Campus of Tidewater Community College, 121 College Place, Norfolk, VA, 23510 at 10:30 AM on January 17, 2013. Attendance shall be mandatory for those submitting a bid. A Bid Bond is required (CO-12) for bids of $100,000 or more. The Invitation for Bids for the above project, including the drawings and the specifications containing the information necessary for bidding, may be obtained from the office of PACE Collaborative, P.C., 1277 Perimeter Parkway, Virginia Beach Virginia 23454, Telephone (757) 499-7223. A deposit of $50.00 for each set of the Invitation for Bids document will be required as a guarantee of the safe return of the documents within ten days after opening the bid opening. A non-refundable shipping charge of $25.00 per set is required for all sets requiring shipment.
