Furnish and install new hot water boiler, domestic indirect hot water storage tank, pumps, expansion tank, air separator, supply and return hot water piping, new finned tube units, DDC temperature controls, and pipe insulation and labeling. Furnish and install new finned tube units, supply and return headers, pump and controls for each unit as shown on the drawings. Furnish and install new light fixtures and trim. Furnish and install new occupancy and timed light control switches, new receptacle devices and new face plates. Furnish and install new kitchen cabinets, counter tops and trim. Install new sheet rock ceiling in the kitchen. Repair and refinish hardwood floors, install new kitchen manufactured flooring, new bathroom flooring and base board throughout each unit. Prepare and repaint all wall and ceiling surfaces in each unit and paint the room trim. Colors shall be selected by the Government. Install new electric service, main breaker; double throw switch, meter packs and new overhead electric service as shown on the drawings. Furnish and install new plumbing fixtures and trim as shown on the drawings. A highly recommended walk through will be held on 12/14/2012 at 10:00 AM at the location of the work to be completed. Sub bids will include painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC/ Mechanical. This contract will only be awarded if funds are available for this project.
