The City of Charleston Department of Parks is soliciting bids from interested mechanical
contractors for CP1201C: New HVAC System for Fire Station 11. The project consists of the
demolition and replacement of the building’s existing HVAC system. Work also includes, but is
not limited to, replacement of acoustic tile ceilings, ductwork, lighting, and other accessories as
required. Bidding firms must be licensed HVAC contractors with a minimum of five years of
