The base bid project consists of project consists of the installation of fifteen (15) street lights along North Hounk Road beginning at SR 37 and working north, Additive alternate 1 consists of installing four (4) street lights on existing poles at the intersection of SR 37 and Warrensburg road. Additive Alternate 2 consists of adding approximately five (5) lights onto the base bid along Houk Road.
