The City of Chesapeake, Virginia will receive sealed Bids for the above titled Project at the office of The Procurement Administrator, Purchasing Division, located at the 5th Floor, City Hall Building, 306 Cedar Road until 2:00 p.m. local time on April 19, 2012, at which time the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any Bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered. There will be no Pre-Bid Conference The work under this Project consists of the design, procurement and installation of a fully complete and functioning sports lighting system for the Cascade Blvd. Park. The system shall include all fixtures, poles, foundations, wiring and operating equipment to provide illumination levels as listed in the project specifications. Questions regarding this project must be submitted in writing via email to Yu-Mei Sinclair, Procurement Specialist II (ysinclair@cityofchesapeake.net), by 5:00 p.m., April 12, 2012.
