The project consists but not limited to: This Project removes the heating and air
conditioning system that serves the 4 th floor. The entire ceiling system is to be removed
and replaced. This includes the lights, air devices, sprinklers, etc. The existing air
handler and all associated duct is to be removed. The owner will relocate all occupants
off this floor, for the duration of this project. The new HVAC system will be extended
from the existing 3 rd floor air handling unit, that was installed last summer. New supply and return duct systems will serve this space. A new ceiling system will be installed to replace old system.
