The purpose of this project is remove and replace existing air handling unit with air handling unit, renovate area based on the revised floor plan drawings as provided, fabricate and install walkway in 4th floor mezzanine equipment room, abate asbestos insulation from piping as specified, remove and replace ductwork, wiring, controls and associated components to provide a complete system. Work includes general construction, carpentry, demolition, electrical, HVAC, fire protection and piping. Contractor shall provide trailers, as specified in Section 01 00 00, General Requirements, for use by VA Surgery Department. Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision as required by drawings and specifications.
