Preventive maintenance shall follow the schedule established by the superintendent. the superintendent has several different types of HVAC equipment and the successful contractor will be required to be able to service all types. within three months of the notice to proceed, the successful contractor is to provide a picture catalog to include: location,picture, make and model numbers, serial numbers, voltage, phase, and belt type. successful contractor will also number all units and include in catalog.
