Phytotron Energy Savings Self Performing Performance Contracting Project until 4:00
PM on May 18, 2012 in the Administrative Services III Building Suite 331 at 2701
Sullivan Drive on the NC State University campus. This project will install energy
conservation measures that include but are not limited to the following: connection to the
campus chilled water loop, ECMs related to lighting, controls, water conservation,
plumbing, building envelope, steam, mechanical/HVAC/fume hoods, and electrical, as
well as minor architectural modifications with an estimated construction budget of
