The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at Murfreesboro, TN has a requirement for the following work in accordance with specifications and drawings: Construction Project 626A4-12-401, UPGRADE LIGHTING TO ENERGY EFFICIENT LIGHTING. The project will furnish all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary for a design/build. The Construction cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED BUSNIESS (SDVOSB) CONTRACTORS. Construction by special trade contractors, at least 25% of the cost of the contract performance incurred for personnel will be spent on the concern's employees or the employees of other eligible service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns.
