THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) FIRMS. VISN 5 Network Contracting anticipates the award of an Invitation for Bid of a firm-fixed-price contract to provide all design, supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and construction services necessary for the replacement of (quantity 46) 250W HID parking and roadway lights with LED at the VA Medical Center, Loch Raven VA Community Living and Rehabilitation Center, 3900 Loch Raven Boulevard, Baltimore, Maryland 21218. Project #512-12-115. This project will include multi-level control and occupancy and daylight harvesting controls should be included as an option in order to control between two light levels from dusk until dawn, during occupied and unoccupied periods of time. Existing light poles will be re-used, but should be retro-fitted as necessary to accommodate the new LED head. Lights shall be tied into existing electrical circuit. New electrical wire shall be run from the base of the pole to fixture head for 30 of the 46 lights. All work will be in accordance with drawings and specifications.
