This is a pre-solicitation notice to announce that the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency/National Emergency Training Center, intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB), HSFE20-12-B-0022, to upgrade the campus fire alarm system campus wide; install flush mount floor receptacles in Bldg. J classrooms; install a public address system in Buildings A, C-East, C-West, D, E, F, H, T and I; install energy monitoring equipment for building sub-metering on the campus in buildings that are not equipped with metering equipment; and upgrade of campus fire alarm network. All work is to be performed at the National Emergency Training Center in Emmitsburg, MD. The successful contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to accomplish the work.
