Contractor shall perform evaluation, measurement, and verification analysis of efficiency savings for measures installed in 2010-2011 through two of its Commercial and Industrial Energy Efficiency Program (C&I Program) “Custom Incentives”, and “Express Incentives”. The proposed work will entail the following tasks: 1 Coordination with District staff
2 Field collection of key demand (kW) energy use (KWh)data
3 Surveys of sample customers
4 Site audits of facilities
5 Statistical evaluation of collected data
6 Preparation of a conclusive report of findings. All work and analysis methodologies used to determine these savings must be documented and comply with the high rigor level criteria found in the “California Evaluation Framework” (June 2004), “California Energy Efficiency Evaluation Protocols, and the “California Public Utilities Commission’s Load Impact Estimation for Demand Response: Protocols and Regulatory Guidance”.
