Description:
This project consists of providing HVAC Improvements and all accessories and appurtenances including demolition necessary for a complete installation at the existing Henrico County Water Reclamation Facility Solids Handling Complex. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., July 25, 2012, at the Public Utilities' Water Reclamation Facility, 9101 WRVA Road, Richmond, VA 23231, to review the scope of work and clarify any aspect of the work that may be in question. Bidders shall be licensed contractors in the Commonwealth of Virginia in accordance with Chapter 11, Title 54.1, Code of Virginia, as amended. See the "Invitation to Bid" in the specifications for the complete bidding requirements. Beginning on July 18, 2012, Bid Documents may be purchased for $100.00 each set (non-refundable) from Hazen and Sawyer, P.C., 4011 WestChase Blvd. Suite 500, Raleigh, NC 27607, Telephone (919) 833-7152. Checks for the Bid Documents should be payable to Hazen and Sawyer, P.C. Only complete sets of Bid Documents will be issued. Provide a separate payment by check of $25.00 (non-refundable) per set if shipping is required, payable to Hazen and Sawyer, P.C. Cost includes first-class postage or equivalent only.
