This project requires securing an electrical contractor for the installation of fifty-four (54) 8 ft LED lighting fixture retrofit project in Building 300 lower right maintenance bay. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, tools, furnishing all lifts, scaffolding, elevated platforms, ladders, all electrical materials required for this project other than factory supplied equipment and materials, etc., required for the installation of fifty-four (54) 8 ft LED Lighting fixtures, electrical conduits, wiring installation, and dumpster for trash removal.
