RFP Description:
The scope of work is the analysis and spatial representation of data relating to energy consumption and associated air quality and greenhouse gas emissions. Relevant data from 2004 has already been assembled and geo-referenced by TEO and analyzed in part. Equivalent, but more recent, data for 2010/2011 has been, and is currently being, obtained from the pertinent energy provider utilities and it is expected to be available at the project start date. Energy consumption analysis, including analysis of emissions releases, and its mapping is required to further the City's analysis and to help monitor progress towards the City's reduction targets, as well as to provide appropriate visualization to portray the conclusions of the energy use analysis to elected officials and the general public – especially in respect to conservation and cost saving opportunities. This holds in respect to analysis and mapping of the City Community's and of the City Government's energy consumption patterns. (The City Government's energy consumption is regarded as a subset of the City Community's energy consumption.)
