The National Park Service, Department of Interior, is soliciting proposals for construction firms having the capability to perform work at Wilson Creek National Battlefield, Republic, Missouri, described as follows: All work will be performed under a single contract. This project is to replace the heating/cooling and humidity control systems in the visitor center curatorial storage and workroom. Description: The work includes but is not limited to: Remove and install an existing roof mounted 1 ton heat pump backed by a horizontal electric furnace and improve duct work performance. Type of Acquisition: A negotiated, firm-fixed price contract will be awarded requiring submission of both a technical and a price proposal. The government will consider an offeror's s technical capability, past performance, and price to determine the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer to the government.
