RFP Description:
The purpose and intent of this RFP is to secure fixed rate financing of energy conservation measures within the
District. The project being finance is the installation of twenty-two (22) Energy Conservation Measures at twenty-one (21)
District locations by Florida Power & Light Services. Exhibit 1 – Project Cash Flow provides a summary of the types and the
cost of Energy Conservation Measures to be installed. Upon contract award, the full project summary showing specific Energy
Conservation Measures by location will be provided to the successful proposer. The expected installation period is nine (9)
months. A savings guarantee is being provided by Florida Power & Light Services.
All proposals submitted shall be on Attachment A, the Proposal Response Form included in the specifications, a copy of which
may be reviewed or obtained at the Department of Procurement Services or by downloading from the Lee County School
District, Procurement Services’ website at: http://procurement.leeschools.net/bids.htm.
