The Town of Longmeadow is accepting sealed bids for Greenwood Center HVAC Upgrades at the Council On Aging facilities. Bids shall be made as described herein, and in accordance with Drawings and Specifications prepared by Hill-Engineers, Architects, Planners, Inc. of Dalton MA.
Sealed bids for the General Contract shall be labeled ‘IFB- Greenwood Center HVAC Upgrades’ and will be received at the Purchasing Department only at the Town of Longmeadow, Attn: Chad Thompson- Procurement Manager, 735 Longmeadow Street, Suite 101, Longmeadow, MA 01106 until the bid deadline of 11:00am on Thursday, August 9, 2012. Late bids will be rejected. A public bid opening will immediately follow in the fire department conference room. Contract documents, including plans and specifications, shall be furnished as described in the Information to Bidders and may be picked up at the Purchasing Department during standard office hours: Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM and 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Friday. Bidding documents will be mailed upon request via standard mail for prepaid non-refundable handling and postage charge of $25.00.
