The School District of Greenville County (SDGC) invites responsible Mechanical Contractors to submit SEALED BIDS to provide and complete the project entitled “HVAC Outside Air Unit Replacement” at Berea Middle School, 151 Berea Middle School Road, Greenville, South Carolina 29617.
This project is to be completed in accordance with all drawings, terms, conditions and specifications contained or referenced in this solicitation.
Described in broad terms, this project consists at a minimum of the removal of an existing HVAC outside air unit, and its subsequent replacement with a new HVAC Outside Air Unit. The successful contractor will provide and install the new unit. For a complete detailed description of the work, project documents should be consulted. The contract documents are provided by the SDGC Facilities Department and H2L Consulting Engineers.
