The project scope is generally described as a replacement of central heating and cooling equipment and roof-top air handling units. The Work is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Removal of existing roof-top air handling units and interior air handling units along with minimal ductwork and piping and replace with similar capacity air handling units and new aircooled water chiller system and hot water boiler.
