The State of Montana is seeking qualifications from interested parties for energy consultants to perform retrocommissioning of state buildings under Request for Qualifications 213006. The Department of Environmental Quality is pleased to invite you to submit qualifications to provide retrocommissioning services for the State of Montana, in particular, state agencies and universities. Qualification submittals will be accepted until 2:00 pm MST on Wednesday, October 17, 2012, at the DEQ Office of Financial Services, Room 3 of the Metcalf Building on the Capitol Complex. Mailing address is PO Box 200901, Helena, MT 59620-0901. The physical address is 1520 East Sixth Avenue.
