Yough School District Sealed proposals are requested for an ACT 39 Guaranteed Energy Savings Project. A copy of the Request for Proposal may be obtained by contacting Michael Wrobleski 915 Lowber Road Herminie, PA 15637 724 446-7272 X1012 wrobleskim@yough.net Sealed proposals are to be submitted to Michael Wrobleski at the address listed above. The proposal is to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Energy Savings Project" and will not be accepted after 1:00 PM, on November 2, 2012. Proposals will be opened immediately following in the Central Office Conference Room. Proposals are to remain valid for 120 days and will be awarded at the convenience of the Board of School Directors. The Board of School Directors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
