The City is a participant of the SmartBuilding Advantage® Program administered by Duke Energy. As part of the program, the CMPD-LEC will undergo energy efficient upgrades and re-commissioning according to specified ECMs. The project below requires design services that will allow the City to solicit bids for construction contracts so that the projects may be awarded on or before June, 2013. The total estimated construction costs for these ECMs are no more than $450,000.
