The Iowa County Courthouse is accepting bids for replacement of the existing hot water HVAC boilers
pumps and motor assemblies at the city of Dodgeville facility location at 202 N Iowa Street. Sealed
bids will be accepted for existing boiler, pump, and motor removal, to furnish and install new hot water
boilers, to furnish and install new water pump/motor assemblies, to perform associated plumbing,
HVAC, and electrical, to coordinate connection to existing digital controls for the system, and the
miscellaneous incidental work.

A project site visit will be conducted by the Owner’s Project Manager at 2:00 P.M. on Monday October
29, 2012. No other site visits or access will be available prior to the bid opening date. The meeting
location for the site visit will be on location at:

Dodgeville, Wis. 53533
Any questions raised during the site visit will be responded to in writing by a Contract Modification /
Bid Addendum to all plan holders prior to 5:00 P.M. on Wednesday October 31, 2012.
Plans and bid specification packets are available on Monday October 15, 2012. Copies of bid packets
may be obtained at the Iowa County Highway Department Office located at 1215 N Bequette Street,
Dodgeville Wisconsin 53533. Copies of the bid packets picked up at the Highway Department will be
provided free of charge to the prospective bidders. Copies of the bid packets can also be downloaded
from the Iowa County website at iowacounty.org, click on “RFP’s”, and select “Courthouse Boiler
Replacement Project”. It is the responsibility of all bidders receiving (downloading) bid packets from
the internet to notify Rachelle Schutt of the Iowa County Highway Department Office at (608) 935-3381
