Sealed bids are to be received in City of Norfolk Public Works Department, Attn: Contracts Office, Room 700, 7th floor, City Hall Building, 810 Union Street, Norfolk, VA 23510 until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 30, 2012, for the above titled Project. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at the site, 300 Monticello Avenue. Interested parties should meet at the entrance of the South Garage (on City Hall Avenue) nearest the MacArthur Square Light Rail Station. The Conference is non-mandatory but highly encouraged. The BID PACKAGE is available for downloading, at no cost, from the City of Norfolk's web site, http://www.norfolk.gov/publicworks/bids.asp or can be purchased from the Department of Public Works (757-664-4631) on a CD at the cost of $5.00.
