Furnish and install two (2) new AERCO Benchmark high efficiency gas fired boilers, stainless steel flues, new heating water pump, new diaphragm type expansion tank, new chemical by-pass feeder, associated required new sections of insulated heating water piping, makeup domestic water piping, gas piping and electrical power.
